II. List of Social media specialist qualifications
       1.       Strong understanding of Social Media universe including Facebook, YouTube, YELP, Twitter, Tumblr, Google+, Pinterest, Vimeo, Instagram, etc.
       2.       Must be ambitious, creative and collaborative
       3.       Must know how to get the conversation going, cultivate the dialog and build brand loyalty
       4.       Must have 2+ years of of experience in Social Media , with experience building social communities, managing advanced social campaigns with third party vendors (Wildfire or Buddy Media), and extensive experience using analytics and reporting tools.  
       5.       Highly organized, self-starter with excellent verbal and written communications skills
       6.       Professional knowledge of top Social Media management tools and platforms
       7.       Excellent reporting and analytic skills, both quantitative and qualitative, with strong attention to detail
       8.       Basic technical understanding of HTML, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, web publishing tools, Flash, etc, is a PLUS
       9.       The right candidate will be comfortable in SEO, SMOm user-generated content, online newswires, social bookmarking and networking blogs, foums, video sharing, pod casting and email distribution.
    10.       Must be skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
