Social media technician functions

I. List of Social media technician duties:
       1.       Distribute Intellectual Property, in digital or physical formats, in compliance with EA’s security guidelines and within service levels.
       2.       Identify, monitor, report, and resolve local hardware and software issues.
       3.       Report and maintain media inventory levels.
       4.       Resolve local service questions, requests or incidents within service levels.
       5.       Provide regular training to local customers on service offerings including self-service procedures.
       6.       Perform other related tasks as necessary.
       7.       Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves Level II problems for users of the network, personal
computer software and hardware,
       8.       Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution either in person or over the phone for OTSG user community.
II. List of Social media technician qualifications
       1.       Strong sense of personal ownership and accountability.
       2.       Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
       3.       Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment.
       4.       Experience with different types of disc-based and other forms of media hardware and software.
       5.       Experience working and collaborating in a Shift Work Type Environment. Will be required to work weekends and/or different shifts.
       6.       Must have the ability to communicate complex technical problems concisely and professionally to technical and non-technical audiences.
       7.       Team player, but able to work well in an unsupervised environment.
       8.       Resourceful, proactive and innovative - identifies issues and implements solutions, as directed.
       9.       Ability to perform PC hardware repairs and follow technical support documentation or instructions.
    10.       Troubleshooting experience with hardware, software, and network connectivity issues
    11.       Good knowledge of Windows Operating Systems.
    12.       Organized and has a strong attention to detail.
