I. List of Social
media advisor duties:
- Oversee social media channels in concert with DOSM (Facebook, Twitter, Hotel Blog, etc.)
- Oversee and analyze guest feedback. Specifically digital and social media (Trip Advisor, Revinate, Yelp, Open Table, Zagat, etc.) analyzation and communication to property to teams.
- Coordinate the efforts of the Sales and Marketing division to ensure efficiency in systems (Newmarket/Delphi, Cvent, Starcite, Open Table, etc.) used to track performance to help optimize sales results whilst monitoring adherence to established processes.
- Improve the Sales & Marketing operational systems, processes and policies, specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, and business process and organizational planning.
- Monitor daily reporting and alert DOSM of highlights, concerns and trends.
- Assist in developing financial information for new projects.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales & Marketing Division through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between functions.

- Four year College degree is required
- Working knowledge of social media universe (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, blogs, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Delphi system a plus.
- Proven team leader with a high level of energy and motivation
- Results oriented with an emphasis on both individual and team accountability
- Savvy with Digital Media and online research.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Software and possesses strong computer/internet skills
- Knowledge of search engine optimization basics including basic keyword research.
- Fluency in English is required, both written and verbal. Additional language ability considered a strong plus.
- Ability to remain in a stationary period for extended periods of time with limited movement.
